Ciao tutti. Saturday afternoon, March 27, we will be cooking Italian & vegan online again. Experience Italy together from your own kitchen.
A journey of discovery online for passionate gourmets and bon vivants with a passion for Italian vegan cuisine.
Traveling to Bolsena and experiencing our great Italian cooking holiday together is not yet possible. So we bring the traditional and vegan cuisine from the Alta Tuscia in Northern Lazio online to your kitchen.
Would you like to learn how to make an Italian recipe, which is also vegan? Then learn to cook a three-course vegan menu together with Mariët Bloemendal from Volg de Rode schoentjes. A delicious menu with fresh game and other basic ingredients. A menu that does not require you to spend hours in the kitchen. Learn the tricks of vegan cooking today.
You are very welcome from 2 p.m. We will work online with others. Don’t forget to roll up your sleeves and put your hair up. Apron and we’re going to make a delicious four-course dinner.
What are we going to cook?
We’re going one wild garlic pesto , from freshly picked wild garlic. For the main course we will start making a super delicious one raviolli from freshly picked nettles. The dessert is one vegan merengue with fresh red fruit, so delicious to lick your fingers. Cooking takes 2.5 hours.
