Ciao tutti. Saturday afternoon 27 February we will be cooking Italian & vegan online again. Experience Italy together from your own kitchen.

A journey of discovery online for passionate gourmets and bon vivants with a passion for Italian vegan cuisine.

Traveling to Bolsena and experiencing our great Italian cooking holiday together is not yet possible. So we bring the traditional and vegan cuisine from the Alta Tuscia in Northern Lazio online to your kitchen.

Would you like to learn how to make an Italian recipe, which is also vegan? Then learn to cook a four-course vegan menu together with Mariët Bloemendal from Volg de Rode schoentjes. A delicious menu with fresh local ingredients. A menu that does not require you to spend hours in the kitchen. Learn the tricks of vegan cooking today.

You are very welcome from 2 p.m. We will work online with others. Don’t forget to roll up your sleeves and put your hair up. Apron and we’re going to make a delicious four-course dinner.

What are we going to cook?

We are going to make antipasti marmellata di zucchine & crema di carciofi as a starter on the bruschetta. Vegan Polpeletta as a starter. A dish from la cucina povera (poor people’s kitchen). For the main course we will start making a penne all`arrabia a super delicious pasta with peppers. I love it. For dessert we are going to bake an Italian lemon pie, to lick your fingers so good. Cooking takes 2.5 hours.

Tip Tasting box of wine from Maziotti winery in Bolsena.

Great fun! After an afternoon of cooking enjoy your Italian dinner with wines from Bolsena. Casa Fortezza has a great tasting box offer with the wines of my fellow villagers from the winery Mazziotti.

The tasting box is complete with a description of the wines and a free bottle of extra virgin olive oil. This olive oil is produced on a small scale for the area. You can also buy individual bottles of wine. View & order sample box.
