Guarantee scheme:
Volg de Rode Schoentjes makes use of the Activa Bolsena guarantee scheme.
As of February 1st 2010, Activa Bolsena applies the following conditions in business dealings with its clients.
These terms and conditions have been filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Apeldoorn (the Netherlands).
Activa Bolsena uses its own guarantee system.
This concerns: “Stichting Beheer Derden geld Activa Bolsena”. This foundation was drawn up by civil-law notary Mr. J.H. van Maaswaal in Waardenburg and registered with the Chamber of Commerce. Activa Bolsena has opted for this guarantee scheme in order to offer its customers a good guarantee. This is a safe way for both Activa Bolsena and its customers. The client deposits the money into the account of the “Stichting Beheer Derden Gelden Activa Bolsena” and one week before departure this money is transferred to the bank account of Activa Bolsena. For example, the client has the guarantee that the trip/vacation will happen or that the money will be refunded if Activa Bolsena cannot or no longer fulfill its obligations towards the client due to financial inability.

In exceptional cases, Activa Bolsena may request that the money be transferred directly to the company’s account for the following reasons: large deposits due a few months before departure to meet the requirements of the accommodation providers and/or transportation. In addition, if desired, the customer can inspect the transfer from the business account to the issuer by means of a copy of the Activa Bolsena bank statement.
